Customer Service Week – Day 5

Today is the fifth day of Customer Service Week, a nationally recognized event celebrating professionals all around the world who serve and support their customers every day. This week, we’re celebrating by highlighting some of our awesome customer service employees. Read below to learn about two of our employees who empower and support Contegix customers through every step of their journey.

Meet Peter Brisbine, Systems Administrator


Role at Contegix: “Late night Atlassian support!”

Your favorite thing about being in customer support: “Ensuring applications are upgraded in a timely, accurate, and efficient manner in order to provide the best possible performance to the customer. I look forward to a busy maintenance calendar to help the evening pass by quickly.”

Recent accomplishment: “In the past few months, I’ve reached a milestone and have proctored over 200 exams for new and/or upgraded amateur radio licenses.”

Meet Chad Eberly, Server Engineer


Role at Contegix: “I support all aspects of Office 365 along with Windows Servers.  Work as part of the backup team supporting all of our backup platforms.”

Your favorite thing about being in customer support: “Being in customer support you never know what is going to happen during the day making each day different.  No matter how big or small the issue may be the customer is always appreciative.”

Recent accomplishment: “Working as part of the backup team I streamlined one of our system to run with less user interaction.”

Fun Fact: “Being a father of 4 boys all involved in sports and spending all my free time coaching and running to all practices and games.”
